Pool Systems will be exhibiting at Piscina BCN 2009 International Swimming Pool Exhibition. You can find us in Pavilion 2, Stand D41. October 20 -24.

In November will be exhibiting at the International Pool Spa Patio Expo at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas. Booth 425. November 16 - 18

Ray Crosling is to celebrate 25 years “on the job” this September.
Pool Systems commenced business in August 1983 and Ray was the first person employed by founder, Warwick Heathcote in September 1984.  He had previously had a navy career, including time spent controlling stores and provisions onboard the HMAS Melbourne.

When Ray joined Pool Systems, they were operating out of a small converted cottage in the northern Brisbane suburb of Geebung. In 1999 he was an integral member of the design and layout team of their new 3,600 sq metre warehouse and office facility at Brendale, in Brisbane’s outer north. 

Over the years Ray has had many roles including Operations Manager and more recently has been our Call Centre Manager for the last 10 years.

Ray’s product knowledge would be second to none in Australia and he has assisted hundreds of customers and fellow staff members on numerous occasions to correctly identify many difficult spare parts and unusual products. He was also instrumental in creating our Cartridge Identification Chart which has become an industry standard throughout Australia

Being the elder statesman of Pool Systems, Ray has trained many new staff members in their various roles within the company and has had the respect of all managers and employees during these 25 years.

Away from Pool Systems Ray enjoys a cold beer and a punt on the horses and is a keen AFL Brisbane Lions fan.
