CORPORATE MILESTONES

1983   Founded by Warwick Heathcote in Brisbane.

1984   Commenced distributing Lo-Chlor specialty chemicals in Queensland Moved to leased premses in Zillmere, Brisbane.

1989   Introduced Aussie Gold Pool Parts, the first packaged replacement parts in Australia.

1996   Current Chairman, Adrian Wischer buys a significant stake in the company.

1997   Acquires the Swimsafe brand of pool cleaning accessories from Kiddisafe Commenced manufacturing in China.

1999   Introduced Swimsportz brand to market leisure products, pool games and toys. Warwick Heathcote retires as CEO and becomes a non-executive director, retaining his significant shareholding. Craig Nimmo appointed CEO.

2000   Moves into purpose built 2,400 square metre warehouse in Brendale, Brisbane owned by the company's shareholders.

2001   Opens office and warehouse in Phoenix Arizona, USA. Craig Nimmo relocates to the USA and becomes President of Pool Systems USA Inc. Warwick Heathcote returns to CEO role.

2003   Keith Hall appointed CEO, Warwick retires again.

2004-2007   Keith Hall and Anthony Ramsay (National Sales Manager) become shareholders.

2006  Introduced Life brand to market new spa and hot tub product category Aussie Pool Parts re-branded Aussie Gold Pool Solutions.

2007   Brendale warehouse extended to 3,600 square metres.
