BACKGROUND

Pool Systems was founded in 1983 by Warwick Heathcote as a small business servicing the Queensland swimming pool trade with basic pool equipment. Over the past 26 years it has grown into a major manufacturer and distributor of cleaning and testing equipment, spare parts & other accessories plus various games and leisure products for swimming pools and spas. Many of our products are sold through some of the largest and most successful retailers in the world, and we are the only national supplier (directly and through our distributors in WA, SA and NZ) to retail pool shops in Australia.

Adrian Wischer   B.Ec. - Chairman

Adrian has had 25 years experience managing and investing in Australian medium sized business, including 7 years as CEO of a listed public company that he founded. He is currently the managing partner of a private investment company, Nepean Capital and Chairman of The Bays Hospital Group, a community owned hospital and aged care group on the Mornington Peninsula outside Melbourne. Warwick Heathcote  - Non Executive

Warwick founded Pool Systems in 1983 after various roles in sales and marketing including his last role at Abel Lemon, a leading pool chemical company. He has a vast wealth of knowledge of the pool industry and is active in assisting the management team in product development and marketing.
